Participants gather on the Delaware River, meeting up in Milanville, PA for refreshments provided by Damascus Citizens before floating down into Narrowsburg as a group.  During the journey, participants will enjoy and interact with music and art installations along the banks of the river including: sound installation Waves by Tara Rogers; Watermarks by Travis Johns; Non\Phenomena by Margaret Noble; performances of Ascension Songs by Matt Marble; excerpts of Xmalia by Ryder Cooley and more.  http://www.emfproductions.org/upcomingevents1112/SlowFloat2011.html

In Narrowsburg, participants will join a processional march taking fresh, local produce up to the Tusten Town Hall, where Tusten Concerned Citizens is hosting their monthly potluck.  Focused discussions will center around the various issues affecting the water and food sheds of the Upper Delaware River, and how artists, farmers and citizens groups are working together to effectuate change.
